Website Consultation to Plan Your Site Before You Pay for It

A website consultation is a live 1-on-1 session in which I apply my CRO methodology to your project before anything gets built. We cover three things: conversion fundamentals for your business and audience, marketing positioning and lead generation so the site has something to say and somewhere to send people, and conversion priorities, meaning what to build first, what can wait and what to skip. You leave with decisions, not a reading list.

New website consulting is for entrepreneurs, creators and business owners about to spend on design or development who want strategic clarity first. That includes founders launching a first site, store owners planning a Shopify build, and businesses preparing a redesign who are not sure what to change. Launching a site without a strategy is the most expensive mistake I see, and one hour of planning costs a fraction of the design budget it protects.

A website consultation costs $150, $250 or $500 depending on the depth. Basic ($150) is a 30-minute strategy session with a one-page priorities blueprint and your top 5 conversion fixes. Standard ($250) is a one-hour deep-dive with a page-by-page conversion plan and CTA and proof placement decided rather than guessed. Premium ($500) adds a full CRO audit of your existing site with video, plus two build checkpoints during your project.

You receive the written outcome of the session on Fiverr, within the 7-day delivery window of the order: the priorities blueprint and top 5 fixes on Basic, the page-by-page conversion plan with CTA and proof placement on Standard, and the video CRO audit on Premium. Two optional extras extend it: a Launch Roadmap with a week-by-week pre-launch plan (+$150) and a Marketing Playbook for post-launch growth (+$150).

No, Basic and Standard are designed for websites that do not exist yet, which is where they produce the most value, since structure is cheap to change in a conversation and expensive to change once built. If you already have a site, the session still works as a diagnosis, and Premium pairs it with a full CRO audit of that site. With nothing online yet, Standard is the right depth for most projects.

I need a description of your business, your main goal for the site and your URL if one exists. Everything else sharpens the session: competitors you admire or fear, traffic sources, what you have already tried, your budget and the size of the team that will build and maintain the site. Your capacity to execute matters as much as your ambition, so be candid about what you can ship. We hold the session in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese.

On Premium, yes: two build checkpoints let you come back mid-project, typically once the structure exists but before the design is final, and again before launch, to check the build against the plan. Designing or building the site itself is not part of the consultation. If you want me to do it, I offer a visual sitemap, Shopify store design and Elementor builds as separate services, and the session tells you which of them you actually need.

Book the consultation first when you still have open questions about positioning, offer, audience or what the site is for; it produces the priorities. Order the visual sitemap when those are settled and you need the page-by-page architecture a designer or developer can build from.
