HTML Website Design: No Builder, No Plugins, Just Speed

A static HTML website is made of plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript files served directly to the visitor, with no database, no page builder and no content management system behind them. It is the right choice for a landing page, a portfolio, a one-page site or a small company site whose content changes a few times a year. The result loads fast, is hard to break and costs almost nothing to host, and speed is something search engines reward.

The site costs $250, $500 or $750. Basic at $250 is a one-page site: a landing page, a portfolio or a one-pager. Standard at $500 is a three-page site on a consistent design system. Premium at $750 is a five-page site with an extended scope and a full design system. Every package includes a mobile-first responsive layout and 2 revisions. Extras: an additional page at +$200 on Basic or +$150 on Standard and Premium, an additional revision at +$50.

Delivery takes 3 days for one page, 5 days for three and 7 days for five, with express delivery available from +$150 to +$250. To start, I need your content, your logo, your brand colors if you have them, and two or three websites whose look you admire. Tell me what the site is for and what you want visitors to do. Send it through the Fiverr order requirements and the clock starts when it is in.

You provide the content; I design the structure that makes it work. Each page is laid out around what the visitor needs to decide, which tells you what every section has to say, but the words about your business come from you or your copywriter, never from a generic AI draft. If your copy is not written yet, say so before ordering: the structure can guide the writing, but the build cannot start on placeholder text.

Anywhere that serves static files: Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Pages or the hosting that comes with your domain. Netlify and Vercel both offer free plans that cover most small static sites. Hosting and the domain are not included and stay in your name, which is how it should be. The code is delivered ready to upload, and connecting your own domain is a standard step on all of these platforms.

Yes, in the files rather than in a visual editor. Changing text, images or links means editing the HTML directly, which is straightforward for small changes and easier with a free code editor such as VS Code. If you or your team need to publish content often without touching code, a WordPress site in Elementor or a Shopify store is the better choice, and I build both as separate services.

A contact form, yes: a static site cannot process submissions on its own, but a form service connects in a few lines, and a ScoreApp quiz with logic, which I build as a separate service, embeds the same way. A blog you update weekly or an online store, no: anything that needs a database, user accounts or payments belongs on WordPress or Shopify, and I will tell you before you order if your project is one of those.

Choose HTML when the site is small, the content changes rarely and speed matters most: a landing page, a portfolio, a launch site. Choose Elementor when you or your team will edit pages often, add a blog or plug in integrations, at the cost of plugins, updates and heavier pages.
